Independence Day Celebration

4th of July Weekend will be a blast this year, come early in the week so you can really soak up the sun!  Relax by your campfire while you enjoy the fireworks show Saturday night.  Display a flag at your site and receive one bucket of water balloons to play Water Wars!  We will have flags for sale in the camp store so you don’t have to go far to get one. This Independence Day hop on the Patriotic Wagon Ride and take part in the Patriotic Bike & March Parade through the campground. Decorate your bicycle at craft time and get a bicycle tune-up by a professional mechanic.  All American games and super slip-n-slide are fun for the whole family.  You’ll love the new bird show with Craig Perdue.

Thursday:

7pm  Movie Night

Friday:

9am-7pm  Fishing Derby

5pm  All American Family Games (wheel barrel race, tug-of-war, egg on spoon race and more)

7pm  Karaoke Night

Saturday:

10am Patriotic Craft and Color Contest (bring your flags and bicycles to decorate in red white and blue or make a noise-maker for the parade)

10am Bicycle Tune-Up (before you leave the pavilion, learn from a mechanic how to maintain your bicycle while doing a quick inspection)

11:30am Patriotic Bike & March Parade!  (fly your American flag proudly through the campground, start at the camp store – traveling through the campground so most sites will see the parade)

1pm  Super Slip-n-Slide (wear your bathing suit, meet at jumping pillow)

3pm Rock Climbing & Zip Line Open (sign up early and get your tickets at the office)

6pm Patriotic Wagon Ride

7pm Bird Show with Craig Perdue (amazing, up-close lesson about birds of prey and more)
